City Attorney: Homeless men won’t be charged

March 26, 2009 - 1:32 pm

In this week’s editorial, CityBeat criticized a San Diego cop’s behavior during a March 15 confrontation with a good Samaritan in East Village, and we urged City Attorney Jan Goldsmith to drop all charges against two homeless men who, witnesses say, tried to intervene.

That’s good news.
